- 2012The NRF2-related interactome and regulome contain multifunctional proteins and fine-tuned autoregulatory loopsNRF2 is the central regulator of the cellular response to oxidative stress. We assembled the full NRF2 interactome and regulome and showed that multifunctional proteins and fine-tuned autoregulatory loops keep the system in balance — explaining why the response is both robust and sensitive.
